Anzac Ceremony

Noah and Emilie with the wreath that the Senior Class made.

This year's ANZAC Service was particularly poignant, being the centenary year.  Our School Leaders led a moving service, especially as the local service men who gave their lives and those who fought for freedom were named during the service.  Students assisted Mr Bill Muller to plant 3 River Red gums, an Olive tree and a Lone Pine tree in the newly established ANZAC Centenary Garden.

The sandstone monument and plaque were unveiled by the youngest and oldest students at our school -Riley and Corey.  Many thanks go to Mr Muller who coordinated and prepared the Memorial garden for posterity and to the Hungerfords who selected and transported the sandstone rock.

Thank you to all parents and community friends who were able to participate in this year's ANZAC Service.
