​Dear Families and Carers,

We are pleased to share that School Plus will be the new Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) provider for Wyreema State School.

At School Plus, we create warm, engaging, child-led environments where children feel safe, supported and inspired to grow. Our programs focus on fun, inclusive activities, healthy food, and meaningful relationships that spark joy and wonder.

We will begin providing care from Monday, 23 February 2026.

To help you prepare for the introduction of School Plus at Wyreema State School, we wanted to share a rundown of what to expect and next steps.​

Program Hours

Once operating, School Plus will offer:

• Before School Care from 6.00am to 8.45am
• After School Care from 3.00pm to 6.00pm
  
   
  

Program Fees

Session fees (before Child Care Subsidy) are as follows:

• Before School Care: $25.50 permanent / $30.50 casual
• After School Care: $32.50 permanent / $37.50 casual
  
  
   

Program Features

Some of our program features include:

• Make Your Own Lunch: A hands-on Before School Care experience that builds independence and healthy food choices, at no extra cost to families
• OSHC Up Late: Special night sessions designed to give families a chance to connect, socialise or take a moment for some down time
• Zen Den: A calm wellbeing space centred around mindfulness and quiet reflection, designed to help children regulate and relax

  Families who wish to access OSHC when School Plus commences are encouraged to complete enrolment as soon as possible to secure their spot.
