Science in Prep
This term in Science, the Preps have been learning about materials and their properties. We have conducted many experiments to see how materials change when placed in water and which materials would provide shade when in the sun. As part of our assessment, the students were required to make a party hat that would be suitable for either a sunny or rainy day. They were very creative and thoroughly enjoyed decorating their hats and describing the properties of the materials that they used.
