News from the Prep/1 Classroom
Wow, what an exciting start to the Year. In Prep/1 we have been settling into our classroom and school routines and learning all about the expectations. Our class has been really excited learning about WURTLE and working hard to earn WURTLE Dollars. We have been learning to retell different parts of stories in English with Preps retelling stories orally and Year 1's writing simple sentences. The most exciting thing we have been doing is in Literacy where Prep's are learning lots of new sounds and Year 1's have been doing spelling and dictation. We are looking forward to learning more throughout Term 1!
